Welcome to Hidden Halo Salon. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and policies. These guidelines are in place to ensure a calm, respectful, and professional experience for every guest.

Appointments

​

All services are by appointment only. Appointments may be booked online, by text, or through approved booking links.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

​

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 12 hours may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Service totals may vary depending on time, product usage, and hair density/length.

Satisfaction & Adjustments

​

Your satisfaction matters. If you have concerns about your service, please contact Hidden Halo Salon within 2 weeks so adjustments can be discussed.

Refunds are not offered on services rendered. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened.

Health & Safety

​

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

For color services, you are responsible for disclosing previous chemical treatments, medications, or sensitivities that may affect results.

​

Hidden Halo Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
